Our Menu
Our menu shifts each day because it’s built around what’s fresh and worth serving now. We make space for great Cornish produce, fresh bread, seasonal vegetables, proper dairy, things made by people nearby rather than ordered from far away.
Expect layered salads with substance rather than decoration, sandwiches and toasties that feel like a meal not a filler, soup that changes with the weather, and fries that are always cooked to order. Coffee is made properly, not rushed, and there’s always something sweet, cake baked fresh rather than shipped in.
Nothing sits around waiting; it’s prepared, sold, and replaced. That’s the rhythm. Fresh ingredients, short menus, and food that tastes like it was made today – because it was.
We found the cafe by chance. It was easy to park free of charge in The Square. My wife, son and our 2 Dobermann dogs entered the cafe and were immediately made welcome by lovely friendly staff. The whole cafe oozed with a lively, warm and friendly ambience. This made us feel relaxed throughout our stay.

Fresh, Local, and Customisable
We cook with choice in mind. Not everyone eats the same way, and we don’t expect them to. Whether you avoid certain ingredients, follow a particular diet, or simply know what makes you feel good, we make room for that.
Most dishes can be adapted with gluten-free swaps, dairy-free alternatives, vegetarian and vegan options that stand up on their own rather than feeling like afterthoughts. We’re careful with allergens and happy to talk through ingredients so you can make decisions comfortably and confidently.
Eating here shouldn’t feel like compromise. It should feel like you got exactly what you wanted.
